Miftahul Zannat is a highly experienced financial professional with a diverse background in auditing, financial consulting, and management. Mifta has worked as a financial consultant, focusing on areas such as forensic investigations and expenditure management, and has also provided financial evaluations for solar projects. Mifta’s experience includes roles as a senior manager in finance and accounts, and as a manager in an internal audit department. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including financial accounting, budgeting, analysis, risk management, and project management. Miftahul has experience in implementing and reviewing internal control systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Mifta has also performed financial and economic evaluations, developed expressions of interest, and prepared financial models. They have experience with payment processes, cash flow management, and audit processes. Mifta holds credentials such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mahamudul Hassan Sharif

Mahamudul Hassan Sharif is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in finance, supply chain management, and project management. He has held roles such as Commercial Consultant, where he focused on supply chain development, and Head of Business, where he managed sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution. Additionally, he has served as a Manager in Project Planning, where he was involved in project execution, monitoring, and financial management. Hassan’s expertise includes financial management, project planning and execution, and supply chain development. He is experienced in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and import processes, and he has skills in stakeholder management, commercial and financial management, and project accounting. Hassan is proficient in software such as MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6, and has accounting skills including Tally ERP 9. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is Certified in Supply Chain Management. Hassan has also undertaken training in Oracle Primavera P6 and Project Management Professional (PMP). He has worked on various projects in telecommunications, construction, and infrastructure development

Mohammad Salim Kabir

Independent Director- Forensics & Financial Crime investigations

Mohammad Salim Kabir is a highly experienced professional with over 23 years of expertise in corporate and military settings, specializing in forensic investigation and security management. He has held positions such as Head of Investigations and Training & Guidance and Senior Forensic Investigation Manager at Banglalink, where he led internal investigations and compliance programs. He also served as Head of Security at Ericsson, overseeing security strategies and risk management across multiple countries. Kabir’s experience encompasses forensic investigation, digital imaging, and security management. His skills include forensic data analysis, security management, and ethics and compliance. He has a strong business acumen and knowledge of the telecommunications industry, along with leadership and communication skills. He is experienced in implementing compliance procedures, managing security incidents, and conducting training programs. Kabir holds certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP), and has an MBA in HRM. He has managed security for various operations and has experience with crisis management and business continuity.

Abdullah Bin Hossain (Faisal)

Abdullah Bin Hossain is a highly experienced professional with a strong focus on power plant project development in Bangladesh, particularly in both renewable and conventional energy sectors. As an independent consultant, he provides his expertise to multiple local companies, demonstrating his wide range of skills in project development, management, and implementation. His expertise includes site selection, due diligence, and compliance reviews, with a particular emphasis on land acquisition. Abdullah has been involved in numerous solar power plant projects of various scales, including those that integrate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and he is also actively exploring new areas such as EV charging stations, hydrogen plants, and sustainable waste management. He excels in government liaison, securing permits and licenses, and effectively managing relationships with local stakeholders, subcontractors, and international partners. Abdullah’s experience also extends to roles such as Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Renewable Energy Consultant, where he has overseen contract execution, financial administration, and project commissioning. He has worked on a diverse array of energy projects including solar, combined cycle power plants (CCPP), coal-fired plants, and LNG terminals. His skills include renewable energy, communication, negotiation, project management, and infrastructure development. He is also proficient in time management, planning, multitasking, and decision-making. Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has received additional training in safety audits, embedded systems, and energy management, also attending industry seminars. He is a recognized professional with a track record of managing complex energy projects and is highly recommended for his technical skills, communication abilities, and strong leadership qualities.

Abu Bakar Siddik is a highly experienced legal professional with over eight years of expertise in diverse legal areas, including legal research, documentation, corporate legal affairs, contract vetting, immigration, and civil matters. He is an advocate at the Dhaka Judge Court and Session Judge Court.
With a proven track record in litigation management, Advocate Siddik has successfully resolved over a hundred civil suits. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He is also skilled in land law and management, including verifying land documents and preparing related agreements and legal notices.
In addition to his litigation and dispute resolution expertise, Advocate Siddik has a strong academic and research background, having published several articles. He has demonstrated leadership skills through his active involvement in the Chittagong University Journalist Association and the Chittagong University School of Debate. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Chittagong.
Beyond his professional achievements, Advocate Siddik is actively engaged in social and political activities, including human rights advocacy and providing free legal consultations. He has held various roles, including Legal Manager, Associate Lawyer, and Legal and Administrative Officer, in several reputable organizations.
Currently, Advocate Siddik serves as an advocate and Managing Partner at AB & Associates, while also working at American International University Bangladesh. His previous roles include serving as a Legal Adviser at LR Global Bangladesh Limited, Legal Manager at Bangladesh Development Group (BDG-Magura Group), Legal Associate at The LAW Consulate, and Legal Officer at TAEYONG Corporation.

Mohammed Iqbal Hossain is a highly experienced professional with over 32 years of expertise in finance, audit, governance, risk management, and anti-fraud control, both in Bangladesh and internationally. He is a dedicated change leader with a strong record of implementing best practices in auditing, ethics, fraud prevention, and good governance across both the public and private sectors. He has transformed organizations through professional standards and exceptional service, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. His educational background includes an MBA in Finance, an MSS in Economics, and an MSc in Computer Systems Auditing, along with graduate certificates in forensic and fraud investigations and network and systems security. He also holds several professional certifications, such as Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Currently, he serves as a Lead Consultant for Internal Audit at the SPFMS Program, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh, and as a Senior Consultant at S. F. Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants. He has also held significant positions, including Controller General Defence Finance and Senior Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh. Mohammed Iqbal Hossain has demonstrated leadership as President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Bangladesh Chapter, President of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA) Dhaka Chapter, and Immediate Past President and Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB).

He has also worked at HT Advisory as Individual Tax Consultant as well as Manager Valuation Projects for almost 3 years. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has great skills managing team and time constraints deliverables.
